1 year later, manhunt continues for Manchester's Matthew Dion
MANCHESTER - The search for Matthew Dion continues one year after he allegedly murdered his parents and set their Manchester house on fire.
Dion has been missing since March 24, 2014. He's charged with second-degree murder and arson in connection to his parents deaths.
U.S. Marshals believe Dion is in the Atlanta area where he is known to have ties. He is accused of stealing a car and handgun from a home in St. Petersburg, Fla., in September of 2014.
Authorities say the car could be the key to locating Dion. It's described as a silver 2013 Hyundai Elantra with a Florida license plate: G673WH.
Dion is considered armed and dangerous. Police say the public should not attempt to apprehend or approach him if they see him.
There is currently a $5,000 reward for information leading to Dion's arrest.
