Warmer 80's Wednesday, Pleasant End To The Week
High pressure is anchored off this coast providing sunshine, dry air and a warmer WSW winds today. Highs will be climbing into the lower-mid 80's by this afternoon. Some clouds will be increasing later today & tonight as a low tracks south of New England. Thursday may start off with a few clouds as this low pulls away, but we will be right back into the sunshine Thursday. Cooler onshore winds will drop temps into the 70's with building high pressure from Canada. Temps at the coast Thursday will be closer to 70. The pleasant conditions will last right through Friday with sunshine near 80. A great start to the weekend!
Saturday will start off dry, but clouds will be increasing. Winds will turns onshore to make for a cooler day. I expect showers to be arriving later in the day through Saturday night as a wave of low pressure tracks through New England. Sunday will remain cloudy, with another chance of afternoon showers with a cold front pushing through. It's not a total washout this weekend, but the sunshine will be limited. Periodic showers are not exactly what we are looking for on a June weekend!
