Here's How to Become a Contestant on 'Deal or No Deal'

Remember the game show "Deal or No Deal?" It's back and you could be a contestant!

Back in 2005 NBC premiered a new game show with the most unlikely host: comedian Howie Mandel.

The premise of the show was that there were 26 suitcases, each with varying amounts of "cash" in them, everything for $0.01 to $100,000.

The contestant picks one suticase for themselves, and then must eliminate the remaining 25 until there are two left. There was an unseen banke who would call Howie and try to get the contestant to "settle" for a payoff.

If this sounds like something you would like to participate in, the game show is currently seeking contestants. All you have to do is fill out a 35-part registration form with contact info, and questions like, "What is the next milestone in your life?" and "Describe your most embarassing moment."

Good luck! You may end up like the very first contestant who held out and won the first million-dollar prize.
