March Madness comes to an end this weekend. Four No. 1 seeds for the women with UCONN being the favorite again. For the men, Loyola-Chicago attempts to win it all for the first time since 1963. Michigan hopes to extend the drought to 56 years on Saturday. The Wolverines haven't won it all since 1989. For Villanova and Kansas, both schools have tasted victory in the 21st century. Nova two years ago in 2016, Kansas in 2008.

Both the Tribe and Red Sox took it on the chin for 2018 Opening Day. A lead for the Red Sox evaporated in the 8th inning, with the bullpen coming unglued in St. Pete, losing to the Rays. Social media in New England went from ecstasy to agony in three hours time. Despite Corey Kluber putting on a clinic in Seattle, the Indians lost 2-1 to the Mariners to start the 2018 campaign.

2018 World Series pick-The Houston Astros are the favorites, so are the New York Yankees in the AL. For the NL, it's the Washington Nationals and Los Angeles Dodgers. Do one of them get the nod to win it all this season? How about the hometown Boston Red Sox? It's an even year, so will the San Francisco Giants get back to the postseason? Can the Chicago Cubs win it all again? What about a surprise team like the Milwaukee Brewers, or Minnesota Twins?

Easter-themed, tie-day Friday, so what will Ken wear? Tune in to 'Cail And Company' from 12-3 PM to find out! Ken and I have been doing tie-day Friday since the fall of 2017, in response to casual Friday. Where others like to dress down on the last day of the work week, we put on our 'corporate banker' appearance like it was the start of the week!

And finally a birthday shout out to my baby brother, Dave, who's b-day is today! He, like me and my other brother are mid-80's March babies. Except, I'm the oldest!
