"Imagine" receiving a handwritten letter from John Lennon.
Well, unless you are lucky enough to have known him when he was alive, or rich enough to purchase his thoughts on paper from eBay, you've probably missed the boat.
Or have you?
A new project called Songwriters Fonts has created typefaces based on the handwriting of notable musicians as to give inspiration to current, perhaps less notable, musicians.
The artists in the project include Kurt Cobain, John Lennon, David Bowie, Leonard Cohen, and Serge Gainsbourg. Each of the fonts were developed using original handwritten letters and notes from each of the artists.
