Jay-Dawg's Walk to Work Episode 11

Three scarfs today as the Tribe have the home opener, Cavs and Blues are in action also. Tribe jacket is from the 90's, by the way. Cavs are sitting pretty in the playoff hunt, Blues, who six weeks ago were, are not so much now. 

They have to beat Chicago on Friday, then Colorado to get in the playoffs to play the Nashville Predators in round one of the Western Conference Stanley Cup Quarterfinals. No easy task, as Nashville is the Presidents Trophy winner for 2018.    

Philly is suddenly the city of champions, with Villanova winning the NCAA Men's National Championship this past Monday night. For many years, it was 'the city of not winning championships.' Eagles won the Super Bowl in February, and now the Wildcats win their third national title in the program's history, second in three years. Jay Wright is now the coach of coaches. Hey, he's better than John Caliparri!    

The Masters: A tradition unlike any other is underway in Augusta, Georgia. Does eaven exist? Yes. Yes it does, just look at the course and how well it's manicured and maintained for the four days it holds for the best golfers in the world. All eyes on Mr. Masters himself, the great Tiger Woods. Does he finally win a major?  Does a nobody become a somebody by winning the green jacket on Sunday?    

WrestleMania 34: the show of shows is live from New Orleans this Sunday. Matches include the first ever women's over the top battle royal at Mania, Ronda Rousey making her wrestling debut, Shinsuke Nakamura vs. WWE Champion AJ Styles and Roman Reigns vs. WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar. Lesnar may be heading back to UFC, now that Conor McGregor is facing a lengthy suspension for his physical altercation with other UFC fighters on a bus this past Thursday. 

What a week!
