Here's a match made in heaven, Dunkin' Donuts beer. Yes, Dunkin' Donuts has joined up with Harpoon Brewery in Boston to create a new beer.
It's called Dunkin' Coffee Porter. It'll be available in late October or early November. The beer will be brewed with Dunkin' Donuts coffee and will be 6 percent alcohol by volume.
It'll come in 12 ounce cans and bottles. The label will state that it's a "flavored malt beverage," and, "this porter is a tribute to all the days that Dunkin' has helped us fire up the brew kettle."
A Harpoon spokesperson says, "Hopefully it'll be worth the wait." It sure sounds like a good idea, just wonder if it'll be a beer that sobers you up while you drink it.
