One of my favorite LP record hunting grounds is closing shop. The good news is the store is liquidating its massive LP, CD and instrument stock!
In a post on Facebook, Thrifty's Second Hand Stuff in Manchester said it plans to re-open a store on a smaller scale in the not-too-distant future.
This is understandable because the current location is unbelievably huge! There are lots of people making the trek from far and wide because this place is packed with the goods: all things vinyl as well as a wide assortment of instruments and a vast array of "kitschy" items.
The sale is scheduled to run through May 15.
I know where I'm going this weekend! I just hope there will still be some pickin's!
